A blend of the native Sicilian grape Nero d’Avola (40%) and international varietals Syrah (35%) and Merlot (25%).

 

Grapes are picked when perfectly ripe, fermented alone and on the skins, in stainless steel tanks. Mid-long macerations and controlled temperatures ensure the product acquires good structure.

    • A multi territorial offer Prosecco DOC, Valpolicella DOC, Chianti DOCG, Primitivo Salento IGT, Grillo Sicilia DOC and Bardolino DOC Chiaretto.

    The #bio project production plant is certified, and the oenologists who work there have had appropriate training in organic farming.
