Made from 100% Bobal grapes by the Charmant method in the Languedoc area of France.
The wine has very attractive shade of pink and an intense nose of berry red fruit aromas.
This crisp sparkling rosé is the perfect, refreshing aperitif. On the palate, the red fruit aromas expand into soft and enticing strawberries and cherry notes with balanced acidity and clean finish. 
 
The grapes are harvested mechanically and pressed directly. Alcoholic fermentation takes place under controlled temperature.
